Shipping Time:
Once your order has been processed, shipping within South Africa typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays.
Shipping Methods:
We offer standard shipping for all orders within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Fees:
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing your order. KickzPlug is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship within South Africa and do not offer international shipping. Additionally, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
